Phase 3: 4 Weeks of Customized Flexible living Macronutrition – this phase is individualized customized to give you the tools to not only help you cross the 12 Week Finish line but, help you continue to support your bodies goals by the end of programming.  Learning what foods falling into what macro and micronutrition category allows for predictive fat loss keeping in mind personal taste preferences.
